This will be key to prospective guests as they want to know exactly where they will be staying. Some guests will only search for holiday rental in a particular area, so be sure not to miss out!
You will need to tell them what your type of holiday rental accommodation it is, a villa or an apartment, how many bedrooms it has and how many people it can sleep. Some prospective guest will want a holiday rental that sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms other will be happy with sofa beds.

Allowing you the chance to sell your holiday rental at full price and removing it from auction if someone opts to pay this. If you advertise your property elsewhere at 350 a week then enter 350 in the buynow price box. If you don’t wish to use this option then simply leave it blank.
Reserve Price: This ensures you never allow your holiday rental to sell for less than you can afford. If the minimum you are happy to except is 250 then enter this. This section is mandatory. We advise you choose a reserve to at least cover your overheads for that period and net you a minimum profit.
We work in Sterling GBP Euros EUR and American Dollars USD so you will need to select the currency you wish to trade in.

This is the perfect way for you to be able back up what you have said about your holiday home and gives prospective guests the chance to actual see what it is they are bidding on.
Photos can be uploaded in JPEG, GIF or PNG formats however try to avoid any special symbols in the titles as this may cause you problems with the upload and make sure your files are not to large. Its as easy as adding an attachment to an email, simply select the photo file as saved on your computer and hit the upload button.
As a sales tip try to ensure your photos are of the best quality, are bright and sharp. Photos are one of the strongest marketing tools available to you so make sure your property looks inviting and any prospect guest will easily imagine themselves relaxing there on their holidays.
