Beautiful modern 1st floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom rental apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Offering 2 terraces the largest Overlooks the fairway of Playa da Golfe at the rear. The front terrace overlooks the large communal and children's pool set in landscaped gardens. The apartment is a 3 minute drive to the magnificantIsal Canela beach with its beach bars and restaurants and is only a 3 minute drive from the marina with its variety of cusines. Situated just 5 minutes drive from the picturesque town of Ayamonte which offers a fantastic atmosphere and good selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Double sofa bed in lounge

Bathroom 1 en-suite with toilet, sink, bath and shower.

Kitchen:
Well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and electric kettle. All crockery and cutlery provided.
Utility Room: Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board and drying rack.
Living Room:
Lounge has a double sofa bed and 2 easy chairs. Dining table and seating for 6. French windows open on to the terrace overlooking fairway. TV with Sky and DVD player.
Outside on terace overlooking golf course is a table and 4 chairs plus 2 sounloungers.
Cleaning / towels / linen / maid service:
Cleaning and linen and towels (not beach towels) are included and are changed once a week. Welcome pack can be provided on request.

OUTDOORS
The apartment is situated in a private gated community. It has its own gardens which are beautifuly maintained. The large pool has a lifeguard present during the summer months. There is also a children's pool and a small play area situated in the grounds. The apartment has an allocted parking space.
HOW TO GET THERE
A car is recommended and Faro Airport is the nearest and is approximately a 45 minute journey by car. Seville airport is approximatley 1.25 hours away.
DISTANCES
Ayamonte is the nearest town and only a 5 minute drive away. Portugal is about 15 minutes away by car although there is a ferry that leaves from Ayamonte which will also take you to Portugal.
Isal Canela beach is located within minutes by car. It has a long white sandy beach complete with its own beach bar. Perfect for those relaxing summer days. There are many restaurants and bars along the beach area and also in the marina which again is only minutes by car from the apartment.
OTHER INFORMATION
The apartment is situated on the Isla Canela golf course which is used for International matches. There are 2 more golf courses nearby. Reduced green fees may also apply. There is a well appointed club house with a restaurant and a bar. The club has 2 bowling greens and tennis courts.
